This is the recipie of an easy to prepare, delicious a traditional tuscan dish. In our farmhouse we look forward, with chef Giacomo Gianelli, to teach you the secrets and the art of the typical tuscan cooking.
Together with our chef, we have organized culinary courses where you will be able to learn the preparation and secrets of the traditional tuscan dishes.
The courses take place on daily and weekly basis and you will be awarded with a diploma certifying your participation.
During summertime every week different dinner and menus will be prepared by chef Giacomo Gianelli.
Alessio and Eloise will be delighted to do everything in order to guarantee you the best stay possible.
