Apartment Suite 75 mq :
Beautiful independent apartment with private entrance. Its name "Suite" comes from our work of restoration of an ancient farmhouse of 1700. It has been preserved all original materials of construction with great rigour. The entrance consists of a large window on the kitchen, harmonious and spacious with a beautiful fireplace on the left. Climbing the 11 steps of stairs we find the bedroom with canopy bed and air-condition. We just go to the window for understanding of being immersed in a very particular nature, you can see only hills and woods. A pleasant arch divides the room from genteel bathroom with two sinks set in a big nut table, a pool from which to enjoy the wonderful landscape and a handy shower glass. Bidet and vase are in a separate room. All furniture and furnishings are carefully chosen to fill with elegance these beautiful rooms. The apartment can become 2 +2, because of in the kitchen there is a sofa bed.

Villa Siena (2 + 2)

Villa Siena is a beautiful independent house, newly restructured in its entirety, salvaged in accordance with the traditions of Tuscan farmhouses.
It takes its name from the magnificent view of the town of Siena and the breathtaking hills which make this landscape one of the most beautiful in the world.
Villa Siena is a house suited to a couple who wish more privacy, but it is also extremely comfortable for a family of 4 persons.
The entrance hall has a large glass partition which opens to the kitchen fitted out with all the modern conveniences: microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc...all of which are set in highest quality cherry wood.
On the same floor as the kitchen there is a lounge. It too has a large glass partition which, together with the lovely fireplace, frames a 1700's archway made from Tuscan bricks. A bathroom with a sizable shower completes the ground floor.
A big staircase allows access to the floor above. Here the master bedroom can be found with a king size bed (with a latex foam mattress to ensure a good night's rest) and an eight-door cherry wood wardrobe; a large window frames the entire Arbia Valley. The second smaller bedroom is also on this floor and has bunk-beds and a wardrobe, it too has a large window with a lovely view.
The second bathroom with bathtub serves the two bedrooms. During your relax time, maybe if you happen to take a long soak in the tub you will be able to enjoy the wonderful view of Siena.
In addition, the house has a fabulous private terrace where you can completely relax and delight in having outdoor lunches and dinners in the midst of a dream setting.
